Central Heating Boiler Project for Large Residential Community
Project Overview
This project is located in a large residential community in a northeastern province of China, with a total heating area of 180,000 square meters, covering 12 residential buildings and supporting public facilities. Considering the cold winter climate in Northeast China and long heating period, the original heating system had prominent problems such as high energy consumption, unstable indoor temperature, poor heating effect in extreme cold weather, and excessive pollutant emissions. To improve the living comfort of residents, adapt to the local cold climate characteristics, and meet the national and local environmental protection standards, our company customized a centralized heating solution using high-efficiency condensing boilers, which was officially put into use in the winter of 2024 and has been operating stably ever since, effectively ensuring the residents' warm winter.
Equipment Selection
5 sets of JLW-1050C condensing boilers were selected, with a total heating capacity of 1050kW. Adopting advanced full-premix condensing technology, the boilers can fully absorb the latent heat of vaporization in flue gas, achieving a thermal efficiency of up to 107.9% (far exceeding the national first-class energy efficiency standard). Equipped with an intelligent control system, they support remote monitoring and automatic water supply temperature adjustment based on outdoor temperature, realizing unattended operation.
Project Effect
After the project was put into use, the indoor temperature of the community was stably maintained at 20-22℃, and the temperature fluctuation was controlled within ±0.5℃, which greatly improved the living comfort of residents. Compared with the original heating system, the annual energy consumption was reduced by 40%, and the nitrogen oxide emission concentration was lower than 25mg/Nm³, fully meeting the local environmental protection requirements. The modular design of the equipment also facilitates later maintenance and capacity expansion, winning high praise from the community property and residents.
