During the natural gas combustion process of fully premixed low-nitrogen condensing boilers, a certain proportion of carbon dioxide and water vapor are generated. In the application of traditional gas-fired boilers, these flue gases and water vapor are directly discharged into the atmosphere through the smoke exhaust pipe, resulting in extremely high exhaust gas temperature, low thermal efficiency, and seriously excessive emissions.
Fully premixed low-nitrogen condensing boilers absorb and utilize the sensible heat in the flue gas and the latent heat released by the condensation of water vapor, and directly convert them into heat energy inside the boiler; thus, the thermal efficiency of the boiler is greatly improved. Due to the improved efficiency, to meet the same heat load, the required natural gas is reduced accordingly, which in turn lowers the emission indicators of CO, CO₂ and NOₓ in the flue gas, making the use of clean energy more clean and environmentally friendly.
People outside the industry may not know what a fully premixed low-nitrogen condensing boiler is, nor where it is applied. Simply put, it is an upgraded heating boiler. Its main function is to provide solutions for urban clean heating and energy-saving heating equipment. At the same time, the low-nitrogen combustion technology of fully premixed low-nitrogen condensing boilers can effectively reduce the NOₓ emission index in flue gas. Its energy-saving, environmental protection, low-emission characteristics and high cost performance have been recognized by more and more industry insiders and users.
Fully premixed low-nitrogen condensing boilers are mainly used in residential buildings, office buildings, schools, hospitals, hotels, shopping malls, central heating for residential quarters, as well as winter heating and domestic hot water systems in various industrial buildings. Combined with soft water, water supplement, heat exchange, electronic control systems, etc., they provide heat sources in the form of normal-pressure boilers. Compared with traditional gas-fired boilers for gas-fired heating, the use of fully premixed low-nitrogen condensing boilers can reduce the heating cost by more than 30%.
