Grand Launch! The New-Generation Intelligent Agent Boiler - Local AI Empowers, Voice Interaction for Smarter Control

Our newly developed intelligent agent boiler is officially launched. With local AI technology at its core, it does not rely on the Internet of Things (IoT) or the cloud. By virtue of local intelligent control, voice interaction operation and the integrated design of boiler and air energy, it reconstructs the operation mode of traditional boilers and creates a new generation of thermal energy equipment that is efficient, energy-saving, environmentally friendly and convenient.

Equipped with a local AI intelligent control system, the product collects all-dimensional operating data of the boiler (such as temperature, pressure, flue gas and load) in real time through a local computer. Relying on the self-developed AI combustion optimization algorithm, it intelligently analyzes the combustion conditions and automatically adjusts the air-fuel ratio and operating parameters to achieve full-process autonomous optimized operation. The thermal efficiency is as high as over 106%, fuel consumption is reduced by 8%–20%, and operational stability is greatly improved. Innovatively, the air energy is built into the boiler, and the waste heat from the boiler flue gas drives the air energy to operate with high COP (Coefficient of Performance). It realizes independent operation of air energy at low power consumption and coordinated operation of boiler and air energy at high power consumption, achieving dual energy saving and further reducing operating costs.

It innovatively integrates local voice interaction function, supporting voice commands for all scenarios. It can directly control boiler start/stop, adjust load, query operating parameters and receive fault alarm broadcasts through voice. The operation is convenient and efficient, which greatly reduces the difficulty of manual operation, allowing easy control even without professional boiler operators.

Equipped with local data intelligent analysis function, it records energy consumption data, operating curves and fault information in real time, and automatically generates analysis reports and operation and maintenance optimization suggestions. It realizes data traceability and visualized operation and maintenance, promoting the transformation of boiler operation and maintenance from passive maintenance to predictive maintenance, reducing unplanned downtime and extending equipment service life.

Adopting a low-nitrogen high-efficiency combustion structure, it strictly controls pollutant emissions, with NOₓ emissions ≤ 30mg/m³, far exceeding the national ultra-low emission standards and having more environmental protection advantages. Combined with multiple safety protections and AI automatic emergency handling mechanisms, it comprehensively prevents operational risks and ensures long-term reliable operation of the equipment.

The equipment adopts a gas-specific design with a modular structure layout, featuring convenient installation and quick commissioning. It is suitable for various scenarios such as factories, central heating, hotels, hospitals and industrial parks, and can be quickly put into use, helping various industries reduce costs, increase efficiency and achieve green upgrading.
